This is off an album sung by Selma and composed by Ziad Rahbani. It's one of the few examples of Arabic jazz that i've seen.
The lyrics of this song are difficult to translate, especially the insults, which I have tried to translate literally to convey the meaning in Arabic even if they sound awkward in English. دعوى is a lawsuit.

good question. this song is Lebanese, i try to always tag/label the song with the country of origin of the artist, which usually, but not always, corresponds to the dialect of the song.
There are several markers that differentiate the language of this song from the Egyptian dialect.
هاي is the feminine form of this, in Egyptian it would be دي
ج is pronounced as j sound in "majhuul" like in the word "measure" as opposed to the Egyptian pronunciation which is a g sound ie "maghuul"
ة is pronounced as an "e" sound instead of an "a" sound
شو is the interrogative "what" in Lebanese where in Egyptian it's ايه and you would find it at the end of the sentence
مالها which means "it doesn't have" or "without" is مالهاش in Egyptian in accordance with negation rules
عم which is the signifier of the present imperfect tense, the -ing tense, is absent in Egyptian and instead a prefix of بـ would be used or a participle on the form فاعِل
كل شي which means "everything" would be كل حاجة in Egyptian
